Michi Ellers
Head Coach
Michi Ellers is the current assistant women's lacrosse coach at Villanova University. She is a former Team USA member of the women's lacrosse team and Georgetown grad. She most recently coached Team Colombia Heritage team at the Heritage Cup.
Abby Castro-Rivera
Assistant Coach
Abby Castro-Rivera is the current assistant coach at Ave Maria University. She was a key member of Team Colombia's campaign in the World Lacrosse Championship in 2022 in Maryland.
Marcela Gaitán
Assistant Coach
Marcela Gaitán is the current Director of Athletics and Afternoon Programs at Pomfret School. She is a previous Colombia Women's National team member and most recently served as a facilitator for Athletes Unlimited Professional Lacrosse.
Rachel Frantz
Assistant Coach
Rachel Frantz is the founder and CEO of Crossroads Lacrosse in Indianapolis. She serves as the assistant coach for Marian University (IN) and was the head coach for Team Colombia from 2019-2022.

Head Coach
Javier Silva is the Executive Director of Lacrosse the Nations. He is a former player and current coach of Team Colombia.
Oscar Daniel Castillo Morales
Assistant Coach
Oscar Daniel Castillo Morales is the Country Director for Lacrosse the Nations Colombia. Oscar plays and coaches for Team Colombia and has been an integral part of the development of lacrosse in Colombia.
